Teresa Brown

Founder & CEO | Compassionate Leader | Community Builder

Teresa Brown is a devoted entrepreneur, compassionate leader, and lifelong advocate for people in need. Her passion lies in creating spaces where others can feel cared for, supported, and empowered to live better lives.

As the Owner and CEO of Quality Life Home Care Agency, Teresa leads a team dedicated to providing loving, reliable in-home care for elderly and disabled individuals across Lake City, SC, and nearby communities. Through her hands-on leadership, the agency has become a trusted name for families who want their loved ones to be treated with dignity, respect, and kindness.

Beyond home care, Teresa also owns multiple housing facilities that serve seniors and individuals experiencing homelessness. Each home is designed to be more than just a place to stay — it’s a safe and supportive environment where people can rebuild, recover, and feel valued.

Her passion for helping others also led her to create the Quality Life Resource Center, a nonprofit organization in Lake City that provides food, resources, and educational support to local families. The center has become a community hub — a place where hope is restored, and everyone is welcome.

At the heart of everything Teresa does is her mission to uplift others. Whether she’s providing compassionate care, creating stable housing, or connecting people with vital resources, she continues to make a lasting difference in the lives of those she serves.
