As the Owner and CEO of Quality Life Home Care Agency, Teresa leads a team dedicated to providing loving, reliable in-home care for elderly and disabled individuals across Lake City, SC, and nearby communities. Through her hands-on leadership, the agency has become a trusted name for families who want their loved ones to be treated with dignity, respect, and kindness.
Beyond home care, Teresa also owns multiple housing facilities that serve seniors and individuals experiencing homelessness. Each home is designed to be more than just a place to stay — it’s a safe and supportive environment where people can rebuild, recover, and feel valued.
Her passion for helping others also led her to create the Quality Life Resource Center, a nonprofit organization in Lake City that provides food, resources, and educational support to local families. The center has become a community hub — a place where hope is restored, and everyone is welcome.

Throughout her career, Theresa has demonstrated a strong commitment to enhancing the lives of others through effective marketing initiatives and direct engagement with young people. Her expertise in customer care allows her to connect with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Omega Graham, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a proud South Carolina native. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University, where her focus was in psychiatric mental health. With four years of experience, she provides compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals managing concerns such as anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Her goal is to create a supportive and collaborative space where clients feel empowered to take meaningful steps toward improved mental health and overall well-being.

With years of experience in healthcare administration, financial counseling, and insurance services, Donna brings a practical and compassionate approach to leadership. She is also a licensed life insurance producer with Burroughs Insurance Group, helping individuals, families, and small businesses protect their financial futures through customized coverage options.
Donna’s commitment to community empowerment shines through her work with local entrepreneurs, educational programs, and outreach events that foster connection, growth, and opportunity.
